Test snappy compression on 3.4 server

      According to http://mongodb.github.io/mongo-java-driver/3.12/driver/tutorials/compression/ snappy compression exists in 3.4 servers. My testing of it hasn't been successful yet per the linked help ticket, but assuming it does work we may consider adding Evergreen configurations verifying this combination functions correctly.
