There are two: sdam and sdam monitoring:

load-balanced/discover_load_balancer.yml
monitoring/load_balancer.yml

This is going to require fabricating the SDAM events for topology opening & server opening & topology changing to load balanced.

Note that the spec requires emitting events when topology is closed (topology closed & server closed events) and the closed events have no spec test coverage.
