Since bson master and 4-stable have now diverged and have different behavior, the driver should be tested against both of them.

The existing master gemfile is currently pointing at 4-stable, this should be adjusted back to master and a 4-stable gemfile added.

As part of this work the driver's gemfile version constraint on bson should be adjusted upward since driver currently is rejecting bson 5.
