Do not disconnect idle/stale connections if they are pinned

      RUBY-2868 added connection pinning for load balanced transactions and cursors. However, there is logic to disconnect idle/stale connections. According to the specification, all commands of one transaction/on a cursor should be executed on the same connection.

      We should not disconnect idle/stale connections if they are pinned.
