Add back and fix dirty session errors tests

      While adding unified session tests I found that the tests in driver-sessions-dirty-session-errors.yml failed. I believe that these tests were not implemented originally as the legacy dirty-session-errors.yml file did not exist in our code base. This ticket is for adding back these tests and fixing the test runner/our code to correctly test this file.
