Add Atlas and Atlas Serverless tests to the driver project

      We have two Evergreen projects for Ruby driver - mongo-ruby-driver and mongo-ruby-driver-atlas. The former is our "main" project, and we keep an eye on it. The latter is barely monitored, so it is easy to oversee if there are some problems with Atlas and/or serverless tests.

      We should integrate Atlas and serverless configurations into our main project.
