BSON::ObjectId::Invalid does not extend BSON::Error

      BSON::ObjectId::Invalid shoud extend BSON::Error.

      It should also probably be renamed to something like BSON::Error::InvalidObjectId for consistency.

      Should check BSON library for similarly non-standardized errors.
