The tables in https://www.mongodb.com/docs/ruby-driver/master/reference/driver-compatibility/ only go through Ruby 3.0. The driver is tested against 3.1 but this is not advertised in the compat tables.

We should add 3.1 to the compat tables.

Note that Mongoid does include 3.1 already.
