Do not use mongodl.py to download crypt_shared lib

      Our FLE configurations download crypt_shared library using mongodl.py script. This is now deprecated

      The problem is that we do not use run-orchestration.sh in our configurations, so we need to find another way. Or switch to the orchestration.
