When RUBY-3268 was finished, it should have been backported to the 2.19-stable branch, and wasn't. This means the Atlas search index management helpers have not yet been part of any Ruby driver release, despite the intention that they be released with 2.19.2.

Backporting commit c2c7ad0c524f4ab7c7c491cd3c79a3c607a71e7f to the 2.19-stable branch will at least ensure the helpers are part of the next ruby driver release.
