In order to ensure compatibility of the driver with the upcoming Ruby versions, we should run our test suite with these versions.

1. Tests should run outside of the PRs.
2. Tests should run regularly, every two weeks.
3. If failures are detected, a JIRA issue should be created in the RUBY project. The issue should include Ruby version, commit hash, and the list of failures.
