polluted Ruby's $LOAD_PATH

      Hello,

      The line [1] in BSon library seems to be superfluous and just pollutes Ruby's $LOAD_PATH:

      /usr/local/share/gems/gems/bson-1.5.1/lib/../lib
/usr/local/share/gems/gems/bson-1.5.1/lib

      The Mongo library seems to suffer the same issue [2].
