Small round of clean up for JRuby:

• Remove jruby.jar and update compile taks to use jrubyc
• Remove old java driver and replace with bson.jar (just the bson package from the java driver)
• Update deprecated JRuby references, improve class annotations
• Look into making JRuby usage/installation a bit more seamless and consistent with other Ruby platforms.
