      Hi, I'm looking on some feedback to get JRuby 1.8 to pass on Travis for 1.X-stable. I get the following error and it doesn't appear to be something I introduced. Has anyone encountered this before?

      Gem::InstallError: rest-client requires Ruby version >= 1.9.2.
      An error occurred while installing rest-client (1.7.2), and Bundler cannot
      continue.
