There are no code changes between these commits (only an empty commit), but 1 fails and 1 passes. The gray test is due to a network connection issue on Travis, but the red test appears to maybe be an ordering or randomness bug? It is a bit of a pain for non-core contributors to reset the Travis tests, as Travis doesn't allow "restart" access for non-project members.
