The Atlas UI will soon show the connection code snippets as featured in the drivers documentation for each driver and version range (except for legacy versions not currently shown in any MongoDB-hosted driver docs).

We are requesting to please fill in the following table for the respective Driver with complete and accurate code samples that will be used to update the Drivers documentation and the Connect Modal in the Atlas UI. To ensure consistency in documentation, we are also requesting to follow conventions listed on the doc where possible.

Timeline: Project to update the code samples in Atlas UI starts 3/20, we ideally need the code samples before then
