      Rocket re-exports the driver in this crate: https://api.rocket.rs/v0.5/rocket_db_pools/#

      Once 3.0 is released, we should submit a PR to bump their dependency to 3.0 or add an additional 3.0 dependency if users aren't ready to migrate.
