      Summary: Currently only SCRAM and AWS are implemented in the Rust driver. This epic seeks to implement X.509 auth and improve some of our auth testing.

      2020-08-25: Maintaining target date of 2020-09-01

      • The team has successfully implemented X.509 auth in the driver.
      • The only remaining work is a small effort to add tests that issue an error when an auth source is specified but a username is not.
