The OIDC auth tests are flakily getting "system failed" status on evergreen, with a seemingly random assortment of failure points:

      Failure One:
      [2025/07/23 14:33:04.055] retry_with_backoff: running 'curl -L -s https://dl.google.com/dl/cloudsdk/channels/rapid/downloads/google-cloud-cli-linux-x86_64.tar.gz -o /tmp/google-cloud-sdk.tgz' - attempt n. 1 ...
      [2025/07/23 14:33:05.484] google-cloud-sdk.tgz: FAILED
[2025/07/23 14:33:05.484] sha256sum: WARNING: 1 computed checksum did NOT match

      Failure Two:
      [2025/07/23 14:22:56.240] E: The repository 'http://debian-archive.trafficmanager.net/debian bullseye-backports Release' does not have a Release file.

      Failure Three:
      [2025/07/18 05:33:47.400] retry_with_backoff: running 'kubectl cp ./remote-scripts/setup-pod.sh test-gke-4643:/tmp/setup-pod.sh' - attempt n. 1 ...
[2025/07/18 05:33:48.007] error: Internal error occurred: error sending request: Post "https://10.150.0.37:10250/exec/default/test-gke-4643/debian?command=%2Ftmp%2Fsetup-pod.sh&error=1&output=1": No agent available

I can't see an obvious commonality across these failures except (very) maybe network misconfiguration of some sort?
