The driver does not support the socketTimeoutMS option; however, it is included as a public field on the ConnectionString type. It is also a pub(crate) field on ClientOptions. We should deprecate the public field and remove it in the next major version. We should also remove the internal ClientOptions field to avoid confusion when writing tests, as this option appears to be usable when setting client options from within the crate.
