• Document "|" is not permitted in DriverInfo::name
• Consider restoring support for "|" as a delimiter.

Background & Motivation

The ODBC driver was using "|" as a delimiter in DriverInfo.name. Changes in RUST-2203 disallowed "|" and prevented connection.

Quoting conversation with natacha.bagnard@mongodb.com:

A couple of things would help avoid this kind of issue in the future:

• Flag this in the API itself because nothing says that | is not allowed [...] 
• When making changes that will impact connectivity, it would be very much appreciated if this is called out in the release notes.

If permitting "|" only adds some ambiguity to parsing, it may be OK to restore.
