Start testing on macOS 10.15

      Evergreen supports testing on macOS 10.15, which is the newest macOS version but also about 2 years old at this point. Now that most of our macOS users are likely on 10.15, it makes sense to update our evergreen config to test on 10.15 instead of 10.14.
