The cmap::establish::test::speculative_auth_* tests fail every now and then. We should investigate the cause of the failures and fix them.

Note that test run has a lot of debug print in it from something else I was debugging. It may be helpful to diagnose this issue though. The server selection error messages arent actually server selection errors, I was just using the function that generates the server selection error messages to print out what the topology looked like.
