Connection to a load balancer is flagged via a loadBalanced=true URI or TXT option [spec]. When this is specified:

• Topology is frozen at LoadBalanced, with a single server of type LoadBalancer [spec].
• Errors before or during the connection handshake must not perform SDAM error handling, and connection generation number must be from the serverId response field [spec].
• hello commands must include loadBalanced: true, and must validate that the response contains serviceId [spec].
