The Range Deleter Service is adding the `processing` field to a range deletion task that is going to be processed, right before the deletion of that range starts.
Due to SPM-3964, the update of this field will be used as a notification mechanism to let the secondary know that a range deletion will be processed beforehand.

Since the `processing` field will become more important after SPM-3964, we should extend the test coverage of it.
