internal_transactions_sharded_from_mongod.js should ignore IncompleteTransactionHistory error

      This test sets the transactionLifetimeLimitSeconds to 45 seconds in suites with kill/terminate/stepdown and uses the retry_writes_at_least_once.js override, so it is possible the transaction has been reaped so the history is no longer there when the retry arrives. Given this, this test should not error if it gets a IncompleteTransactionHistory error.
