Update snapshots for both Logkeeper and Resharding using an automated process:

• Use the instructions in test_control.initialsync-logkeeper-snapshot-update to update the snapshot for the 'Initial Sync LogKeeper ReplSet ARM AWS 2023-11' variant.
• Use the instructions in test_control.resharding-3shard-snapshot-update.2023-10 to update the snapshot for the 'Resharding 3-Shard ARM AWS 2023-11' variant.
• Submit the above patches via the command: evergreen patch -p sys-perf
• Update snapshot IDs for the update variants if the new version is a Long-Term Support (LTS) release. Do not update snapshot IDs for version 8.1, as it is a non-LTS release.
• Update version specific variants (8.1 subdirectory) if needed

In case of problems with the automated update, please refer to this wiki page. Please note that the LogKeeper snapshot is stored in the US East (us-east-1) region, and the Resharding snapshot is stored in the US West (us-west-2) region.
