      Importing Major Release related ticket for 8.1 release in anticipation of raising the bar for 8.2. Release team may close if not needed.Since we branched 8.1, the db-contrib-tool invocation no longer downloads X.LTS binaries so 'multiversion_setup.sh' should be updated in order to download them.
