      SERVER-99765 introduced the collection acquisition logic before commiting the timeseries buckets in the timeseries write path, which led to timeouts of the timeseries_reshard_with_inserts.js test.
      To avoid noise in the test infrastructure, we disabled the timeseries_reshard_with_inserts.js in SERVER-100310.
      The goal of this ticket is to inestigate/fix the underlying issue and re-enable the failing test.
