      SERVER-94166 and  SERVER-94735 disabled SBE by default on 6.0 and 7.0, respectively. However, the 7.0 disablement added a startup warning to discourage the use of SBE in production on 7.0 if 'internalQueryFrameworkControl' was set to anything other than 'forceClassicEngine', while the 6.0 disablement did not add such a warning. This ticket tracks the work to add such a startup warning to 6.0.
