mongostream gives the agent a chance to call listStreamProcessors one last time before the mongostream process dies

      In stopAllStreamProcessors, after stopping all processors, wait for listStreamProcessors to be called one last time before shutdown completes. Use a condition variable wait with a maximum of 30 seconds.

      Also, add a final log at the end of stopAllStreamProcessors.
