      Due to SERVER-100448, after a typical upgrade from 7.0 to 8.0 is fully completed (FCV=8.0) the internal VoteAbortIndexBuild command will return CommandNotFound until the replica set nodes are restarted.

      Investigate the impact of this on index builds that attempt to abort. In particular, this comment seems to imply a failure to abort may be interpreted as the primary having already committed or aborted.
