      Create the feature flag for this project: featureFlagSbeUpgradeBinaryTrees with a default value of false
      At the same time, change isQuerySbeCompatible in src/mongo/db/query/query_utils.cpp to reject queries containing $switch and $setXYZ instructions when the feature flag is set to false
