Don't serialize willBeMerged in FLE query analysis

      Testing with the feature flag enabled by default revealed a bug with this. Since we don't look at FCV in query analysis, we can't safely serialize this field in that module (as it may be newer than the binary version of the mongods/mongoses in a cluster, and hence they wouldn't understand seeing $willBeMerged in a $group).
