Better define CAR ownership for test files under jstests/core/views

      Under SERVER-96681, the jstests/core/views folder was flagged as fully owned by catalog and routing. However, since it includes some test files that are testing query execution paths, we should move them to some other folder or refine the current rule.

      Some files that don't seem to be falling under CAR ownership:
