Fix burn in tests related kafka and lambda paralellism

      The local kafka and lambda jstests rely on instantiating a docker containers for mongostream instances to talk to. Burn-in tests inherently run in parallel, which causes issues for docker namings and ports. We should talk to the testing team or figure out a way to configure these code paths to run in parallel.
