Replace isScoredPipeline helper with generatesMetadataType(kScore)

      This allows us to run any stage that produces the score metadata variable through $scoreFusion, without adding new rules to isScoredPipeline, including the $text match stage.

       

      We should add tests that $text can be run through $scoreFusion, as well as ensure we have test coverage for cases where pipelines are unscored.
