These are two c++ tests that do not get run on buildbot. We should either change scons so that they get built and are run, or remove them from the codebase. insert_demo.cpp has a compile command in its comments, but the line now longer works. rsExample seems to compile, but I couldn't figure out how to run it in such a way that it will terminate.
