      Change getRecordStore(), getSortedDataInterface(), createRecordStore(), createSortedDataInterface() and recoverOrphanedIdent() to take explicit parameters.

      A separate ticket will move DurableCatalog into catalog/. In the end there will be no dependency from storage on "catalog/collection_options.h".
