Update $scoreFusion syntax to be more in line with design

      I noticed in the code that (a) it's '$rankFusion.input.pipelines' but it's '$scoreFusion.inputs.pipelines' (plural inputs) - they should both be singluar input, and (b) we still have 'scoreNulls' in the grammar but decided not to move forward with that, so we should take it out.
