      Run the multi-planner benchmarks against all CBR CE modes - heuristicCE, samplingCE, histogramCE, and compare them to the default multi-planner mode.

      • In order to run with histogramCE extend the test to create histograms before running the test queries.
      • Ensure that each benchmark actually run the test queries under the desired CE mode.
