In resharding recipient's mandatory clean up, we create a special "statusForPromise" when the stepdownToken is cancelled to make sure that the coordinator receives a retryable error. However, this promise is not being used when fulfilling the _completionPromise here. 

Fulfill the completionPromise with statusForPromise during cleanup.
