SERVER-97440 and SERVER-80357 both involve improving our handling of non-conformant warnings from validation, and work on these has veered towards considering a refactor of the non-conformant handling overall, in particular to capture the fact that some of these warnings are more important than others and should be errors.  As this would obviate the need for both of those tickets, this ticket is replacing them and they will be closed as duplicates.
