Some log messages such as quoted strings and the json objects that don't have 'logger' key in them cause resmoke's log handler to crash. Evergreen can't really handle the case when resmoke is no more and instead it times out seeing no new output for some time.

Improve input validation in log handler to prevent resmoke.py from crashing.
