CAR is working on shards authoritative project, specifically database metadata to be authoritative on shards. This makes the DB version protocol more strict. The testing discovered that the findAndModify with explain attaches DB version when using the shard version protocol. This ticket fixes that, DbVersion should be attached only when the collection is unsharded.
