CAR is working on shards authoritative project, specifically database metadata to be authoritative on shards. This makes the DB version protocol more strict. The testing discovered that the recipient nodes from resharding use DB version protocol to send listCollections to a shard that is not the primary to inspect collection options. In this case, we will want to skip the DB version protocol as a direct connection.
