Expose commitTimestamp for prepared transactions in change stream events

      The "clusterTime" for the change events for a prepared transaction is set to the "ts" of the commitTransaction oplog entry. Currently, there is not an option that makes the events also include the "commitTimestamp" (the visible timestamp for the transaction).
