As a result of the investigation in SERVER-100979, when two nodes are connected, and one node closes its connection during the hello phase, we get a log on the other node stating "Authentication Abandoned". This logs even when auth is not enabled, leaving a scary message for the user. We should not be logging Authentication Abandoned if auth is not enabled.
