Tag search_end_to_end* tasks with a tag rather than adding them directly to tasks

      It is better practice to tag tasks rather than put them directly into build variants, and so we should make the modifications to the search end_to_end tasks to follow this practice. This may require some additional options to be added to variants & some additional exclusions to be configured.
