Add FCV gating for the checkExistenceForDiffInsert oplog field in v6.0

      In SERVER-79912, we added a new oplog entry field called checkExistenceForDiffInsert, which is appended to the oplog entry if the command being run is $_internalApplyOplogUpdate. This was backported to v6.0.

      In mixed version sets, this may cause v5.0 secondaries to fail to parse these new oplog entries. As a result, we should consider only appending the checkExistenceForDiffInsert field if the replica set's FCV is v6.0.
